The 2025 season will be one of renewal for Prema in Formula 2. Indeed, the formation led by Rene Rosin will no longer be able to rely on Oliver Bearman and Andrea Kimi Antonelli, both expected in F1 next year, the first at Haas, the second at Mercedes.
For this new campaign, Prema will welcome someone it knows very well since Gabriele Mini was made official this Monday. The Italian, 2024 vice-champion of Formula 3, has already driven for the Grisignano di Zocco team, notably when he was crowned Italian F4 champion in 2020. More recently, he contested the Baku F2 round where he replaced Oliver Bearman.
« I am very happy, admits the Transalpine. We have shown great potential and speed throughout the year in Formula 3. After the excellent performance in Baku, I hope we will continue to work like this to try to fight at the front again. »
As for the second driver, Sebastián Montoya, son of Juan Pablo, is expected.
