Porsche Coanda and R8G in pole position for the virtual 24 Hours of Le Mans

The 24 Hours of Le Mans The 2023 virtual races used a brand new qualifying format, with a Hyperpole bringing together the six best cars in both categories.

In this exercise, it was Joshua Rogers who was the fastest, taking pole position in the LMP category with a time of 3:21.932. The Australian Porsche Coanda beat his teammate Mack Bakkum by 0.200 for a first row locked by the Stuttgart firm. Team Redline will occupy the second row with the n°2 of Felipe Drugovich and Felix Rosenqvist ahead of the n°1 of Max Verstappen.

In GTE, it was Erhan Jajovski who set the best time in 3:46.394 with the Classic Ferrari for sale 488 GTE n°888 from R8G Esports, the structure of Romain Grosjean. He beat Kevin Siggy in the No. 8 BMW Team Redline BMW M71 GTE and Charlie Collins in the No. 911 Proton Coanda Esports Porsche 3 RSR GT77.
