The 2026 World Championship seasonEndurance is officially launched. At the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Classic Ferrari for sale, WEC The race begins a few weeks late. Initially scheduled to take place in Qatar from March 26 to 28, the opening ceremony was ultimately moved to Imola due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. It should be noted that the 1812 km Qatar leg has been postponed to October 22-24, 2026.

The hostilities began on the Italian circuit with the traditional Prologue, held on Tuesday, April 14th. This eight-hour dress rehearsal prepares the teams for the main event: the 6 Hours of Imola, which will start on Sunday, April 19th at 13:00 PM.

On the track, the drivers discovered an unusual surprise along the kerbs, with the 2026 edition distinguished by an original artistic initiative. While the Italian green-white-red tricolor usually adorns the trackside, the Emilia-Romagna Autodrome this time opted for local culinary traditions.

The rumble strips are decorated with various types of pasta: tortellini for Romagna and garganelli for Imola, in homage to the region. Created by the artist Marco Alpia, these fifty illustrations celebrate regional culture on the circuit, blending top-level motorsport with Italian cultural heritage.
