Andy Priaulx has not competed in a race since the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Briton being busy with his tests of the new BMW with which he will compete in the next season of DTM. He will drive this weekend alongside Uwe Alzen in the #3 M56 for the 6 Hours of Silverstone.
“I can’t wait any longer since the 24 Hours of Le Mans”, admits the three-time WTCC champion. “I took advantage of the moment when I got back behind the wheel by participating in the DTM tests and I am now in great shape after this operation. However, racing is always what a driver will choose first. I have been away from racing for the last three months and I can't wait to get back behind the wheel of the BMW M3 at Silverstone. I think there is no better place to return to competition than a national event on one of my favorite circuits. »
