Reunion between DragonSpeed and Ferrari en IMSA. The American team will join forces with the Italian manufacturer by registering a Ferrari 296 GT3 during the next round of theEndurance Cup, the 6 Hours of Indianapolis (September 22), in addition to its entry in LM P2. The Californian team returns to the GTD category and the Prancing Horse almost ten years after their first partnership, in the early 2010s. The first driver of the No. 81 Ferrari has already been announced: it will be Henrik Hedman, Bronze driver Swedish, 56 years old.

“I am looking forward to taking on this challenge, rejoices Elton Julian, founder and director of the DragonSpeed team. GT3 is something we've been aiming for since its inception as GT's premier class, and thanks to Henrik, we'll be joining the fray sooner than expected. No one can underestimate the competition at this level and the learning curve will be steep. Returning to the Ferrari fold fills me with a personal nostalgia that goes back to my days driving the 333 SP in the 1990s, and allows us to align our team with what we consider to be the best and most major brand in the category. »
