The 2025 season of Formula 1 concluded on Sunday, December 7th in Abu Dhabi after a thrilling finale that saw Lando Norris to clinch your first world title. The three contenders for the crown kept the spectators on the edge of their seats until the very last moments of the Grand Prix.
Full of twists and turns, this season also shattered audience records, averaging 1,28 million viewers throughout the year. It was Canal+'s best season of F1 coverage in 13 years. The final race in Abu Dhabi, the scene of the climactic showdown and Lando Norris's championship victory, alone drew an average of 1,87 million viewers, peaking at 2,2 million at the finish. This is the second-highest audience for a Grand Prix, excluding free-to-air broadcasts, since the pay-TV channel acquired the rights in 2013.
