Weekend to forget for Sergio Pérez at the Canadian Grand Prix. Eliminated in Q1 during qualifying on Saturday, the Mexican did not have a better Sunday. After initial contact with Pierre Gasly in the moments following the start, Checo ended his day in the garage, collecting his second consecutive retirement.
Trapped in turn 6, Sergio Pérez hit the protective barriers and seriously damaged his car. If he manages to leave and return to his stand, the driver Red Bull unfortunately did not escape punishment.
