24 Hours of Spa – EL1: ROWE Racing at the forefront

The party is on! The day after the parade in town, the first free practice session for the 24 Hours of Spa took place this Thursday, June 29. Of the 70 cars entered in this 75e edition all recorded a time except the No. 4 BMW M3 GT30 of Team WRT which quickly spun and caused the first red flag of the session.
In terms of times, it was the No. 4 BMW M3 GT998 (Max Hesse, Neil Verhagen and Dan Harper) from ROWE Racing which dominated the standings in these EL1s. It was Dan Harper who also set the absolute benchmark for this session with a time of 2'18"186, i.e. 0"169 than that of Pietro Delli Guanti in the No. 8 Audi R3 LMS GT99 of Tresor Attempto Racing. he shares with Lorenzo Patrese and Alex Aka. There Porsche 911 GT3 RN°92 from Manthey EMA (Laurens Vanthoor, Julien Andlauer and Kévin Estre) completed the Top 3 by just over two tenths.
