Fenestraz, who has ridden these last two seasons in Formula E on behalf of the Nissan team, will return to Super GT, which he left at the end of 2022. It is with the SARD team that he will sign this return, replacing Yuichi Nakayama, who was part of the team for the last six years. This will be the case for the reigning champion car, which will remain in the hands of Sho Tsuboi, also Super Formula champion, and Kenta Yamashita, on behalf of the TOM'S team. Giuliano Alesi will still be lined up in the team's second car, which he shares with Ukyo Sasahara. In the GT300 category, Miki Koyama, a Toyota junior driver, will be part of the adventure. The Japanese, the first female winner of a championship car mixed in Japan, had recently participated in the exclusively female test session organized by Formula E, in Jarama near Madrid.
Frenchman Esteban Masson, who was seen successfully this season in the World ChampionshipEndurance in the LMGT3 category, will be a Toyota junior driver in 2025, and he should take part in the Super Formula Lights season (the equivalent of the F2 in Japan), as well as the season ofELMS in the LM P2 category.
