Reassuring news for Stephen Grove after his accident in Bathurst

Stephen Grove was the protagonist of a violent exit during the Bathurst 12 Hours last weekend, ending his day in hospital.

Reassuring news for Stephen Grove after his accident in Bathurst

In addition to the great battles on the track, the last edition of the Bathurst 12 Hours was marked by the impressive accident involving the Mercedes-AMG N°4 driven by Stephen Whole grained and the No. 75 Mercedes-AMG of Kenny Habul.

The two men collided at the top of the hill and Stephen Grove ended up in the protective wall which he hit violently. Inside the cockpit, the Australian appeared to be hit but managed to get out on his own before being treated by the medical team and sent to hospital.

A few days after the accident, Grove Racing gave an update on its driver. Grove Racing is pleased to confirm that Stephen Grove is recovering well following his accident at the Bathurst 12 Hour last weekend., we read in the press release. Stephen has not suffered any major injuries and is doing well. The team thanks the fans, medical staff and everyone for their support during this time. Stephen’s health and safety is our top priority, and we look forward to seeing him back in competition soon. »
