Something new awaits Team RMG and BMW in 2025. Faithful for 14 years, the two parties have formalized the end of their collaboration which will come to an end in a few months.
Associated among others with the BMW Junior team since 2021 and while serving as an official test team for BMW M Motorsport, the team led by Stefan Reinhold has among others won three titles in DTM during the Class 1 era: two drivers with Marco Wittmann (2014 and 2016) and another by teams (2014).
In recent times, Team RMG has focused primarily on GT3, culminating in a podium finish at the last 24 Hours of the Nürburgring with the No. 4 BMW M3 GT72 entrusted to Daniel Harper, Max Hesse and Charles Weerts.

During my tenure at the helm of BMW M Motorsport, I have come to know Team RMG as an ambitious and reliable operational test team that has made a great contribution to the development of our racing cars. The joint titles won in DTM will remain unforgettable from a sporting point of view. I am happy to have experienced another highlight there with the podium at this year's 24 Hours of Nürburgring. Unfortunately, our plans for our future organization do not include a perspective together. Consequently, our collaboration will end at the end of the current season.
