FIA launches call for tenders for World RX promotion

A discipline capable of bringing together incredible drivers and manufacturers just a few years ago, World RX is now in a trough. To the point of having to find a new promoter for the 2025 season.
The FIA has indeed confirmed the launch of a call for tenders for the promotion of the World Championship of Rallycross from 2025. The new promoter will have to meet certain objectives imposed by the federation such as targeting key growth markets such as India, China, North America and the Middle East, as well as increasing spectators, both on site and digitally, through the online broadcasting platform (RallyTV).
The motorsport watchdog says the precise terms of the call for tenders, as well as the selection criteria, deadlines, legal requirements and other conditions, will be communicated to candidates. qualified » having shown formal interest to the Off Road department no later than 09:00 CET on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
