Rally of Morocco – Mathieu Serradori arrested!

The 5th and final stage of the Rally The Moroccan race got off to a bad start for Mathieu Serradori and Loïc Minaudier. The Century Racing Factory Team crew was reported to have been stopped for about twenty minutes at kilometer 66. A belt problem forced them to call for assistance. Any chance of a convincing result in the general classification was gone!

The French had been performing excellently until then, competing with the factory teams. Toyota, Ford and Dacia in the Moroccan desert aboard their Century CR7 T1+. They were in 7th place in the general classification at the start this Friday morning, 13 minutes behind the leaders Sébastien Loeb-Édouard Boulanger (Dacia).
