The Finn confirmed the end of her collaboration with Pajari in a message published on her Instagram account. She explains in particular that the decision comes from the Finnish driver, with whom she has just won the title in WRC2, at the end of a suspenseful end of the season against Oliver Solberg and Yohan Rossel. Mälkonen was also part of Pajari's stints in Rally1 this season.
“As you know, I will no longer be Sami’s co-driver. Sami and I had big dreams together, worked hard and achieved them. Sami’s decision to change took me by surprise and I am naturally very sad. It is not the decision I wanted. I want to make it clear that I was of course aware of Sami’s decision before today’s announcement. I have always done my best and together we have achieved great results: 9 wins, 14 podiums and the WRC2 championship title. I have dedicated more than 10 years of my life to the rally and I hope and believe that my journey to the top continues. When one door closes, another opens.
I warmly thank Printsport and Toyota for their unwavering support and belief in me over the past year. I have had the best days of my life. It has been a great honour to work with you. I wish Sami every success for the future!”
The name of Sami Pajari's new co-driver will be announced in the coming weeks, as will who Enni Mälkonen will return to rallying with in 2025.

Maybe it's Toyota's choice and not Pajari's

If I have a co-pilot of this level I will do everything I can to keep her. The poor guy doesn't understand anything.

Loyalty is a very rare commodity these days, but it doesn't always bring luck.

Lamentable decision, I hope she finds a driver worthy of her talent.

Lamentable, the pilots take the Boulard as soon as they arrive at the summit! No retreat!
