- Words are starting to fail Kalle Rovanperä. The Finn, well ahead of the Rally from Finland, scored an 11th special victory this weekend during SS18. On the short Laajavuori special, held on a ski resort, the double world champion narrowly won the scratch, two tenths ahead of Sébastien Ogier.
- Kalle Rovanperä is only two stages away from a first victory at home, he now has a 45″ lead over his closest pursuer. He also performed well in the Super Sunday rankings: with his two special victories this Sunday, the driver Toyota is now 1″2 ahead of Elfyn Evans and 1″6 ahead of Sébastien Ogier.
