VIDEO: The accident that puts Rovanperä out in Finland

Kalle Rovanperä's first victory on home soil will have to wait a little longer. Despite a lead of more than 40 seconds over Sébastien Ogier at the start of SS19, the penultimate of this Rally from Finland, the Finn made a mistake. In a left turn, the two-time reigning world champion encountered a rock in his path which caused him to lose control of his vehicle. Toyota Yaris, coming out violently on the right side and spraying his car. Luckily, more fear than harm. He and his co-driver Jonne Halttunen are doing well even though they were forced to retire. This leaves Sébastien Ogier in the leader's position before the final start of the weekend.
