31 cars at the 12 Hours of Sebring

Team Penske, Wayne Taylor Racing or Action Express Racing, the 2020 title should be awarded to one of its three teams. But we can bet that whoever wins the 68th of the 12 Hours of Sebring – postponed to November 14 but initially scheduled for March – will also leave Florida with a smile.

In DPi, eight cars are expected. No surprises to note except perhaps the presence of Gabby Chaves alongside Pipo Derani and Felipe Nasr. The Colombian replaces Filipe Albuquerque, retained in WEC in Bahrain.

simon pagenaud will find Juan Pablo Montoya and Dane Cameron in the No. 05 Acura ARX-6 of Tam Penske and Olivier Pla will lend a hand to Tristan Nunez and Oliver Jarvis in the No. 24 Mazda RT77-P.

On the No. 5 JDC-Miller Motorsports Cadillac DPi-VR, the 100% French trio Sébastien Bourdais-Tristan Vautier-Sébastien Bourdais do everything possible to end the season in style after recent outings that fell short of their expectations.

In LM P2, the title has already fallen into the hands of Patrick Kelly and PR1 Mathiasen Motorsport. But at the former military airport, he will have to be wary of three other Oreca 07s, including the No. 8 of Tower Motorsport by Starworks driven by David Heinemeier Hanson, Mikkel Jensen and John Farano.

In GTLM, the particularity comes from the crews of the Porsche GT Team, which will trust duos. The reason: the rest of its contingent of official drivers is retained at Paul-Ricard for the final of the GT World Challenge and in Bahrain for the closing round of the WEC.

Finally, in GTD, we will note the return to competition of Joey Hand in the No. 3 Acura NSX GT57 of Meyer Shank Racing alongside Trent Hindman and Misha Goikhberg.
