TDS Racing in IMSA full-time in 2023

TDS Racing arrives in IMSA. The French team will participate in the American endurance championship in 2023 and will be present in all races. The team based in Vendres, Occitanie, is already operating as technical support for Racing Team Nederland in IMSA this season. The Dutch team has moreover declared forfeit for Petit Le Mans.

In an Instagram post, TDS Racing announced the news to its supporters. “In continuation of our activities in LMP2 and the great season in IMSA this year, we are pleased to announce our participation in the entire championship in 2023. The welcome that IMSA gave us was very warm and the positive results at Daytona and Sebring confirm our enthusiasm to return. TDS Racing is fully seduced by the American formats, the racing restarts, the rules and the atmosphere. »

TDS Racing also revealed the identity of its first driver to carry out the project: it will be François Heriau, who currently drives for Ultimate in WEC. The Rennais took part in the 24 Hours of Daytona with Algarve Pro Racing this year. «
We thank him for the trust placed in TDS Racing. We can’t wait to start the season together at the 24 Hours of Daytona” added the Occitan team on its social networks.
