DC Racing wins the Road to Le Mans

The #3 DC Racing Ligier JS P85 prepared by Yvan Muller's team and driven by Thomas Laurent and Alexandre Cougnaud won the Road to Le Mans. Starting from third row, the LMP3 benefited from the exit of Lawrence Tomlinson, teammate of Charlie Robertson, who was in the lead in the only Ginetta P3-15 of the peloton.

The winners won 16 seconds ahead of the #2 United Autosports Ligier of Martin Brundle and Christian England who started from pole. The podium was completed by the #77 Graff Racing driven by John Falb who finished half a minute after starting from seventh position.

In GT3, it’s the Ferrari F488 n°57 of AF Corse of Victor Shaytar and Aleksey Basov who won after starting from the first row alongside the Porsche 911 GT3 R n°88 of Mentos Racing entrusted to Egidio Perfetti and Klaus Bachler.

The Stuttgart car finished third behind the McLaren 650S GT3 n°55 of the FFF Racing Team by ACM of Hiroshi Hamaguchi and Adrian Quaiffe-Hobbs, taking advantage in particular of the puncture of Matthieu Vaxivière who was running in third place on the last lap in the F458 n°26 of Classic and Modern Racing .
