Porsche will not experience big changes in its sports program in Endurance next season. Still attached to the GTE Pro category, the Stuttgart manufacturer has focused on continuity for 2022. Two 911 RSRs have indeed been confirmed for the new campaign of the WEC whose launch is planned for 1000 miles of Sebring (March 18).
Without much surprise, Porsche will once again field the No. 91 and 92 in the premier GT category in Endurance. Gianmaria Bruni and Richard Lietz will be the holders of the first while in the second Kévin Estre will no longer be supported by Neel Jani but by Michael Christensen, back full time with the German firm.

About the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Frenchman Frédéric Makowiecki will complete the trio of the No. 91 while the Belgian Laurens Vanthoor will be added to that of the No. 92. Replaced by Michael Christensen, Neel Jani is not leaving Porsche. The Swiss will in fact be one of the two reservists of the German manufacturer in Formula E where André Lotterer and Pascal Wehrlein are the main representatives. The Swiss will share this role with her compatriot Simona de Silvestro.
Glad to stay a Porsche Factory Driver for 2022. My main program will be the @FIAWEC & @24hNBR ! @ChristensenMK will be my full season teammate in WEC, let's try to get the world championship for the last dance from the RSR! @VanthoorLaurens & @FredMako1 will join us on the Grello pic.twitter.com/ZATbgaJIM7
