WEC – H+3: The #7 Audi takes the lead at Silverstone

The second TS040 had to return to the pits following slight contact with the Larbre Competition Corvette C7R. Loïc duval completes the top five in the No. 8 Audi.

LMP2 is still dominated by the Ligier JSP2s from G-Drive Racing. But category leader Roman Rusinov suffered a scare when he spun following contact with the Strakka Racing Dome S103. The ESM HPD ARX-03b driven by David Heinemeir-Hansson still completes the top three.

Porsche keeps the lead in GTE Pro with the #92 of Patrick Pilet ahead of both by a handful of seconds Ferrari from AF Corse. The Larbre Competition Corvette received a one-minute penalty for an infraction in the pits while it was in 3rd place in the category.
