Yifei Ye in Jota's Porsche 963 in 2023

European Champion Le Mans Series in 2021 with WRT, Yifei Ye will ride next season in the Hypercar category with the Porsche 963 from Hertz Team Jota. The announcement was made at Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific's annual Night of Champions in Shanghai. An event where the German manufacturer's LMDh made an appearance. The Chinese driver had already been announced as Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific driver during the same evening in 2021. 

“Just over a year ago I was announced as the selected driver by Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific and now I will be joining Hertz Team JOTA for 2023, at the wheel of a Porsche 963, Yifei Ye rejoiced. It's a dream come true for me to be able to fight for the overall victory at Le Mans behind the wheel of a Porsche. With such a strong team in endurance, I think we have a good chance of fighting at the top. I'm very excited about this challenge and can't wait to get started.
