Albon stops in Q2: “Struggling to gain speed”
There are days when you don't feel comfortable at the office. This is what experienced Alexander albon (Red Bull) during this Saturday at Silverstone (Great Britain). The Thai never weighed on the tests, between a 13th time in EL3 and a meager 12th time in Q2.
The driver finished behind his teammate Max Verstappen (4 tenths difference in Q2), but also behind theAlpha Tauri de Pierre Gasly for 44 thousandths. The former Toro Rosso driver blamed his short running time as a mitigating circumstance.

“Yesterday went much better than today. without my accident. It’s not yet a weekend to forget because there is still one race to go tomorrow. We approached qualifying on the wrong foot after waiting until the last quarter of an hour to run in FP3 (time for the mechanics to repair the car. Ed.).
