Alguersuari: “Improve myself step by step”

Jaime, how do you feel after your first Grand Prix, how do you feel now?

I got used to the car and in the end, we managed to finish the race without making any mistakes, which was our goal for this weekend. Now we are in Valencia. Of course we have to improve step by step and I hope we will be able to achieve a better result in qualifying. I will also try to finish the race. This is once again the main objective this weekend.

Did you have any surprises in Hungary?

I thought I wasn't going to be in good shape. I expected to be in physical difficulty during the race but we managed to finish it. I can't wait to compete in the next Grand Prix.

And what state of mind are you in before tackling the race in Spain, your native country?

It?s always good to run here. I ran here last year in F3 and I have good feelings on this circuit. I hope we do a good job.

Would you have liked to fight alongside Michael Schumacher ?

Yes, it would have been amazing for me and also a great opportunity because I just joined the Formula 1 and Michael has always been a reference for young drivers. It would have been nice, but now the situation is like this. We have to accept it, run and have fun.
