Nearly a week after being questioned as part of an independent investigation into allegations of inappropriate behavior towards an employee of Red Bull Racing, the position of Christian Horner at the head of the number 1 team of the moment in Formula 1 remains in a precarious balance.

Social networks were quick to launch a new rumor, that of an alleged involvement of Bernie Ecclestone against the main Red Bull team. The former Formula 1 magnate, retired since the sport was bought by Liberty Media in 2017, would be involved in this story in order to advise the team boss to let go of the ramp.

These are just pure views of the mind according to “Mister E”, who wanted to react on his Instagram page. “To clarify, the newspaper reports that I have requested or suggested that Christian Horner step down from his position at Red Bull are completely false”, said Bernie Ecclestone.

While waiting for any official communication from Red Bull or from Christian Horner, the latter remains the main team of the reigning world champion team before the start of the 2024 F1 season.
