Daniil Kvyat promoted to Red Bull
The announcement of Sebastian Vettel leaves Red Bull Racing made a happy surprise, Daniil Kvyat. Arrived this year in Formula 1 in Toro Rosso, the 20-year-old Russian is being offered a nice promotion, since he will replace the German within the Austrian team next year.
With five top 10 finishes to his credit, the 3 GP2013 champion is not missing out on his first season in the premier discipline. He will play alongside the Australian Daniel Ricciardo, new leader of Christian Horner's troops.
It remains to be seen who will replace him at Toro Rosso. Unless there are any surprises, this steering wheel will return to Carlos Sainz Jr, on track to be titled in Formula Renault 3.5 Series.
