2006: first pole and first victory
Felipe Massa's first coronation in Turkey dates back to 2006. Aged 25, the São Paulo native is competing in his first season with Ferrari after three years with the Sauber team, where he began his career in Formula 1. Lined up alongside Michael Schumacher, his first part of the season is laborious to the point that his illustrious teammate asks him to raise his level of play.
