Discover the starting grid for the Mexican GP

There should be trouble in the long straight ahead of the first braking in Mexico City (Mexico) this Sunday, October 27. Credited with pole position after the downgrading of Max Verstappen (Red Bull) for non-compliance with yellow flags at the end of Q3, Charles Leclerc will lead the way with him at his side Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari).

In 2018, Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) and Max Verstappen got off to a great start. The two men will occupy the second row of the grid:

The sixth position should in all likelihood be occupied by Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes). Despite its impressive crash in testing, the mechanics estimate that it will be able to start without having to suffer a penalty.

McLaren has a good card to (definitively) isolate himself in fourth place in the Manufacturers' championship with the seventh fastest time Carlos Sainz Jr. French side, Pierre Gasly (Toro Rosso) will fight battle with his first rival, his teammate Daniil Kvyat to catch up Renault in the general classification.

The black and yellow machines are also in difficulty. Nico Hulkenberg et Daniel Ricciardo will only start in 12th and 13th places. However, this is still better than the Haas de Romain Grosjean et Kevin Magnussen, totally lost this weekend, but even faster than the Williams.

The Mexican Grand Prix will start at 20:10 p.m. French time. Don't miss anything from the race following our live text on AUTOhebdo.Fr !
