EL3 at Yas Marina: Hamilton shows off before qualifying

With a time of 1’37”176, Lewis Hamilton ahead of them Ferrari by Kimi Räikkönen and Sebastian Vettel of 0,288s and 0,411s respectively. Dashing Friday, Red Bull de Max Verstappen et Daniel Ricciardo have to settle for 4th and 6th places and sandwich last year's winner, Valtteri Bottas (Mercedes), also author of the reference in EL2. 
 
For his last free session with Red Bull, Ricciardo finished on foot after parking his RB14 on the side of the Yas Marina circuit following yet another mechanical problem.

Romain Grosjean once again wins the rank of best of the others with 7th position for the team Haas. French precedes Renault de Nico Hulkenberg et Carlos Sainz as well as the Force India ofEsteban Ocon. Note that Grosjean clashed slightly with his compatriot Pierre Gasly in the very last moments of the session. 

Victim of a track exit which seriously damaged his rear wing at the start of the session, Charles Leclerc can emerge at the end of the run to climb to 13th place. Gasly, who lost a piece of bodywork in the altercation with Grosjean, finished in a modest 15th place, one place ahead Fernando Alonso of which it is the last Grand Prix in F1. 

The bottom of the ranking is once again the kingdom of McLaren et Williams, Lance stroll, Stoffel Vandoorne, and Sergey Sirotkin bringing up the rear.
