Interview Laurent Rossi (Alpine): “I changed the coach and a few key players”

It is clear that mentalities have changed among Alpine under the leadership of its new president, Laurent Red, appointed in January 2021. With his pragmatic and very American approach, he understood that we do not attract flies with vinegar, but with projects with strong ambitions and significant technical and financial resources. Redesigning the team’s organization chart F1, with the happy arrivals of Otmar Szafnauer as team principal and Bruno Famin as director of the engine entity at Viry-Chatillon, are conclusive proof that things are moving positively for the arrowed A.
