Ferrari at Mugello with Leclerc, Vettel, and the SF71H on June 23

Ferrari will allow its regular drivers to get back into rhythm ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix via a day of driving aboard the SF71H entered in 2018.

The test will take place on Tuesday June 23 at the Italian Mugello circuit, which could well host F1 for the first time in its history later this season

Ferrari will thus follow the example of Mercedes et Renault, who chose to ride with an older model. Unlike Racing Point, the Scuderia will not be limited by the 100 kilometers authorized for the single-seaters of the current season during promotional days.

Charles Leclerc, who drove the streets of Maranello yesterday morning with the 1000 SF2020, and his teammate Sebastian Vettel will share the test program. The German won 5 Grands Prix at the wheel of the SF71H two years ago.
