Grosjean comes a long way at the Russian GP

Romain Grosjean was running in the top ten of the Russian GP until the Frenchman lost controlling your Lotus in the third turn as he returned to the McLaren of Jenson Button after making his stop in the first laps. The Frenchman left the track at full speed before crashing into the TecPro walls which were very busy this weekend.

After a brief visit to the medical center, the future pilot Haas admitted that he did not know why he lost control of his E23 Hybrid. “I lost the rear in a corner at very high speed and was unable to regain control. We don't yet know exactly why. We need to see if it was an error on my part or a technical element » explained the French pilot.

“I feel sorry for the team because there will be work to repair the car. I feel good although I might be a little numb tomorrow morning, but it will only be a matter of a few days”, added the Lotus driver.
