The winner of his first Grand Prix, in Hungary, took a step forward in 2021. At Alpine, Esteban Ocon is gaining more and more stature, to the point that the team and the brand have made him their battlehorse for the future.

Dieppe, January 28, 2022. While the factory Alpine is preparing to welcome with great fanfare the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, Bruno Le Maire, for the announcement of the reindustrialization plan for this historic place with the upcoming production of an electric SUV, the symbol is strong to exchange with Esteban Ocon. The place is full of meaning for a pilot himself in the midst of construction. “I am very attached to Alpine, the person concerned immediately tells us. We are here at the heart of the brand, where the cars are made and assembled. There is real Norman know-how, and obviously that speaks to me particularly since I am from Évreux, in Upper Normandy (there is only one Normandy left, Esteban!). I'm super proud to represent this brand, I hope to get along well with the project. These are great cars, I always enjoy driving these cars. When you start, something special always happens.
