Haas will need 'luck' in Baku

Haas F1 Team is having a difficult start to the season. His VF19s are fast on a flying lap, but they suffer in the race by not being able to use the new Pirelli tires. Günther Steiner does not overwhelm the F1 manufacturer, preferring to emphasize the many new features of the vehicle due to the new regulations.
