Hamilton: 95% chance of staying at McLaren

The paddock is impatiently waiting to know the choice of Lewis Hamilton regarding his future within the team McLaren. The Briton's contract ends at the end of the season and there is speculation that he will replace Felipe Massa in the team. Team Ferrari. For his part, the 2008 world champion admitted that Ron Dennis was someone who was difficult to negotiate with, but he also admitted that he saw himself continuing with the Woking team next year.

“I haven't taken the time to look at all the criteria but I think there is a 95% chance that I will stay with McLaren”, commented Lewis Hamilton to the Daily Mail. “There might be some hiccups like my wanting to keep the trophies I win, but I know Ron will never agree to let me go. But it doesn't matter, I'll make up for it on the financial side! Professional athletes change teams, footballers do it and so do pilots. Jenson (Button) has ridden for a lot of different teams. But it's different when you're already in a top team, the decision to leave can be hard to make. »
