Jean-Eric Vergne: “Focus on Singapore. »

Disturbed throughout the weekend by behavioral problems from his car Toro Rosso, Frenchman Jean-Eric Vergne delivered a discreet race this Sunday in Italy at the Monza Autodrome. The Habs, who are still looking for a steering wheel for 2015, explained that they did not yet know where these concerns came from.

“The weekend was very difficult, and the performance was not at the level the team expected. The race was very long, and I had difficulty with the car, indicated Vergne in the paddock at the finish of the race. We must now focus on Singapore. We also need to understand why performance was down and I hope it will be better in Singapore. We don't yet know why we had these problems. »

Jean-Eric Vergne's teammate, the Russian Daniil Kvyat finished on the points gate in 11th place, not without having suffered a big scare in the last laps braking for the first chicane at Monza.
