Kevin Magnussen reportedly heading to Haas

Through McLaren, and tenured at Renault Sport F1 Team this season for the return of Losange as a full-fledged manufacturer, Kevin Magnussen could leave Frédéric Vasseur's training at the end of the season.

As reported Sky Sports et the BBC, the Dane could sign up for several seasons with the structure Haas F1 Team, and would replace the Mexican Esteban Gutiérrez. Magnussen would therefore become the next teammate of Romain Grosjean as of 2017.

Magnussen's departure from Renault therefore reduces the possibilities concerning the identity of the future teammate of Nico Hulkenberg that Frédéric Vasseur's training has not yet revealed. Jolyon Palmer could thus keep his seat, while Esteban Ocon, third driver of the Losange at the start of the season, and started with Manor from Belgium, still remained in the running.
