Kubica about to be confirmed at Williams for 2019?

Robert Kubica reportedly close to being announced as official driver Williams for season 2019 of Formula 1 alongside George Russell. The news should be made official on the sidelines of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (November 23-25).
