F1 is getting better for Jean Todt

“Mercedes obviously remains very strong, but Ferrari has made a lot of progress, Red Bull is back at the front and Force India is achieving good results with Pérez who has already scored two podiums this year (in Monaco and Baku, Azerbaijan ).
