Charles Leclerc only had the opportunity to complete one lap this afternoon. There Team Ferrari continued its inspections on the SF90 damaged this morning at the Barcelona tests (Spain) following an exit from the track Sebastian Vettel. The car of Maranello will have completed only 40 laps this Wednesday.
Carlos Sainz Jr. (McLaren) kept the best test time while also being the most diligent with 130 laps covered, tied with Robert Kubica (Williams). Sergio Pérez (Racing Point) was closest to the Spaniard, finishing 7 tenths behind, while Sebastian Vettel completed the top three ahead of Kimi Räikkönen (Alfa Romeo) and Romain Grosjean (Haas).
Mercedes remained discreet as usual with Lewis Hamilton only 9th in the session just behind his teammate Valtteri Bottas which he replaced this afternoon by completing 74 laps.
