FIA condemns leaks

In this press release, the FIA ​​“condemns the leaks of extracts from the testimony of Mr. Briatore at the Paris High Court”.

Before adding: “The FIA ​​rejects these allegations and confirms that the decision to impose a sanction against Mr. Briatore was made by an overwhelming majority of the members of the World Council.

Out of respect for the authority of the French Court, it would be completely inappropriate for the FIA ​​to return to this issue before the hearing. »
