FOTA multiplies meetings

Eager to convince the big manufacturers to sign for what he thinks is the only way to stem the crisis and allow new teams? Prodrive, Lola Cars and US GPF1 say they are interested if the project is adopted? to join the ranks of the World Championship, Max Mosley decided to exclude pilot salaries and marketing costs.

An essential measure to try to convince the most powerful teams whose pilot budgets already exceed 15 million euros. Mosley wants this radical cost restriction to be amended by the teams before being considered by the World Council on April 29, the same where will appear McLaren for the lie affair.

Remember that in the event of a split between for and against within the teams, those having decided to sign will benefit from a certain technical freedom in terms of the engine and aerodynamic developments in order to be able to compete with the teams having decided to continue under the regime current. We would then come to a F1 at two speeds that the major manufacturers are currently refusing to consider.
