N.Technology's complaint dismissed?

French justice reportedly rejected N.Technology's complaint against the FIA on Tuesday, according to Autosport. The team filed a complaint after seeing its candidacy for the next World Championship rejected by the FIA.

N.Technology ultimately did not succeed in its battle which consisted of denouncing irregularities in the selection process of new teams for 2010.

After studying several files, the FIA had in fact chosen teams which were exclusively powered by Cosworth (US F1, Campos Meta, Manor Grand Prix) to join the next 2010 World Championship. As the N.Technology project did not include this engine manufacturer, the team denounced an irregular selection process.

The company MSC, parent company of N.Technology, had therefore launched a procedure which was heard on October 13 in Paris. But the complaint was reportedly rejected by French justice on Tuesday.
