Tire distribution for Bahrain

A few days after the first 2016 Grand Prix in Melbourne, Australia, won by Nico Rosberg, Pirelli has confirmed the drivers' choice of tire sets for the Bahrain event (April 3). The medium, soft and super-soft tires were offered by the Italian manufacturer of the discipline. Here is the breakdown:

Among the favorites, we can note that the pilots Ferrari have chosen to select two sets of medium rubbers more than Mercedes (three to one), which will have more soft compounds at its disposal. Renault made a choice quite similar to the W07 Hybrid drivers, since Jolyon Palmer and Kevin Magnussen will have a single set of medium tires, just like Esteban Gutiérrez (Haas).

In all stables except Toro Rosso, Sauber and Haas, the drivers made identical choices between teammates.
