Drivers stuck in the pits at the Red Bull Ring

The morning of the first day of testing consisted of two installation towers carried out by Stoffel Vandoorne (McLaren) and Antonio Fuoco (Ferrari). The track has become impassable due to heavy rain which fall on the Red Bull Ring (Austria).

These conditions have pushed several teams to review their testing program. Pascal Wehrlein has been chosen to drive the Mercedes W06 Hybrid replacing Nico Rosberg. Esteban Ocon was requisitioned today from Force India although it was scheduled for this Wednesday, June 24.

The drivers scheduled to race this Tuesday, June 23 are: Pascal Wehrlein (Mercedes), Pierre Gasly (Red Bull), Antonio Fuoco (Ferrari), Susie Wolff (Williams), Stoffel Vandoorne (McLaren), Esteban Ocon (Force India), Max Verstappen (Toro Rosso), Romain Grosjean (Lotus) and Raffaele Marciello (Sauber).
