Everything is not rosy at the moment for Lewis Hamilton Right now. After spending almost two months in silence following the last Grand Prix of the 2021 season, the Englishman is not having an ideal start to the campaign with certainly an opening podium in Bahrain but above all a complicated weekend in Saudi Arabia. a few days ago.

In addition, the seven-time world champion does not seem to be going through a good period from a personal point of view. Lewis Hamilton has indeed published a text explaining his mental difficulties recently, a subject often overlooked in the world of sport.

« The year has already been so difficult with everything going on around us. It's hard to be positive some days, he wrote at the outset. I suffered mentally and emotionally for a long time, moving forward is a complicated effort but we must continue to fight, we have so much to do and accomplish. I'm writing to tell you that it's okay to feel the way you do, just know that you are not alone and that we will all get through this! A friend reminded me today that if you are powerful, you can do anything you want. We can do whatever we want. Let's not forget to live in gratitude for a sunny tomorrow. I send you love and light."

I am not a fan of Lewis Hamilton but it must be recognized that the attention (the tension) and the energy that a driver of his level must undergo, have and/or manage over a season, or even over several seasons for a multi -World Champion like Lewis Hamilton must be phenomenal. Normal that he leaves nervous impulses there and that it impacts his mental level. Look at Rosberg: Once World Champion then he retired because he could not find the energy and mental concentration required for his title a second time... The last seasons were very long (22-23 races). It is enormous.
