Free 3: Hamilton enters the battle

Lewis Hamilton responded to Red Bull. The pilot McLaren achieved the best time in the last practice session in 1:36:340. McLaren definitely seems the only team able to challenge the supremacy of the Austrian team. Mark Webber slots in just in front of the other McLaren of Jenson Button.

After the mechanical problems encountered yesterday, Lotus-Renault takes the 4th fastest time thanks to Nick Heidfeld. Vitaly Petrov is a little further away in 7th place. Just behind Red Bull and McLaren, Lotus-Renault can hope for a good qualification.

The difficulties continue for Ferrari and Mercedes. If the Team was able to stand out for a few moments at the top of the timesheet, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa fail in 6th and 8th positions respectively. On the side of the star firm, Michael Schumacher is only 10th, ahead of Nico Rosberg.
