And for this 3rd Sprint Race of the season, it's a huge surprise who will start from pole at Interlagos! A Haas will start from pole position in a Grand Prix for the first time in history. In Brazil, after an exceptional qualifying session, Kevin Magnussen achieved the feat of his life by taking the first pole position of his career at the age of 30. The Dane will therefore start in the leading position of the Sprint race on Saturday, ahead of Max Verstappen.

The Dutchman could do a 3/3 in the Sprint race, having already won at Imola and in Austria in this same format. The 2nd row will be 100% British with George Russell in front Lando Norris. The pilot Mercedes made a mistake during Q3 on Friday, causing a red flag, but retained his 3rd place on the grid despite everything.

Just behind, we find Carlos Sainz in front of both Alpine byEsteban Ocon et Fernando Alonso, well placed in the fight against McLaren even if Norris is in front. Lewis Hamilton, Sergio Pérez and Charles Leclerc complete the top 10. The Monegasque will try to make up for the strategic error of his team during qualifying. Pierre Gasly will start the Sprint race in 12th position.
