Mark Webber has only one opportunity left to achieve a tenth victory in F1, this weekend in Brazil, during the final round of the 2013 season. The Australian will be keen to end his career in the discipline with a good result, but the task will not be easy for the future Porsche driver who was dominated by his teammate Sebastian Vettel simply unbeatable at the end of the year. The future ex-resident of the stable Red Bull now takes stock of his 12-year stint at the top level of single-seaters.
“I feel ready for Brazil and I can’t wait to start a new chapter in the future.”, said Mark Webber whose last success dates back to last season's British GP. "There would be something wrong if I was disappointed to finish because that's why I made this choice... In the end, the fire is no longer what it was and it must accept it. The time has come for me to go and I will do everything to finish with a good performance. I think I can achieve this in Brazil. I'm happy to see that I continue to drive quite well. I have enjoyed and succeeded in many things but I want to let others chart their path. »
