Massa driving a Ferrari
Felipe Massa wanted to get back behind the wheel of a Formula 1 before the end of the year. This has been done since Tuesday during a day which saw the Brazilian climb into the seat of a F2007 equipped with exhibition tires. However, the difficult weather conditions forced Massa to only ride in the afternoon.
The Brazilian completed 30 laps of the Mugello circuit before night fell: “ I'm happy to have been able to get into this car and it's always a pleasure to drive on a circuit like Mugello ", Massa said. “ Everything went well: it?s a shame because I was only able to run in the afternoon. I hope to be back tomorrow! »
Felipe Massa will be at Mugello again on Wednesday for a second day of testing before returning to Brazil to reunite with his family.
